アン・ダドリー、トレヴァー・ホーン、ポール・モーリー、ロル・クレームによる第4期アート・オブ・ノイズのアンビエント・アルバム。「月の光」「亜麻色の髪の乙女」で有名なフランスのクラシック作曲家、クロード・ドビュッシーの作品をモチーフに、ドラムンベースを加えたコンセプト・アルバム。邦題は「ドビュッシーの誘惑」。
ケヴィン・ゴドレイとのコンビを解消後、ロルはコマーシャルや長編映画など映像作品を手掛けていたが、ホーンがプロデュースした、1994年のトム・ジョーンズのシングル「恋はメキメキ」でホーンとがっぷり四つに組んだことから、以降はホーンの片腕として様々な作品のセッションに参加するようになっていた。
1996年に同じメンバーで「ジ・イメージ･オブ･ア･グループ」として同じドビュッシーをモチーフに、デビュー･アルバム"Balance- Music for the Eye"を用意したが、当時の販売会社ワーナー・ブラザーズ･レコードから、「"アート・オブ・ノイズ"のアルバムとしてなら売っても良い」と言われてしまう。そこでホーンらはアート・オブ・ノイズのアルバムとしてふさわしいクオリティーにすべく、新たにレコーディングとミックスを行うことにする。結果クオリティーは上がるも、かつてのアート・オブ・ノイズの音楽とは全く異なったアプローチの作品として仕上がった。ゲストとしてラッパーのラキム、ナレーションに俳優のジョン・ハート、歌にサリー・ブラッドショウが参加。
こうしてアルバムは完成したが、肝心のワーナーがZTTレコードのカタログ販売から手を引いてしまい、各国でバラバラの販社が取り扱うこととなってしまう。結果セールスは失敗に終わってしまった。
2015年に"Balance- Music for the Eye"全編とホーンによる未発表最終ミックスを収録したコンピレーション盤"At The End of a Century"がリリースされた。
